电影《农机站长》是根据自治区优秀共产党员、固原市农机站站长马宗义的先进事迹创作的。上世纪90年代后期，西海固地区绝大部分农民都已解决温饱，向着小康生活目标迈进，家家户户差不多都换掉了毛驴车，购买了农用三轮车。但由于种种原因，有些农民购车后，既不挂牌入户，也不参加培训，还非法拉人载客，酿成了许多重大交通事故，使这些已富裕起来的家庭又陷入贫困境地。为让农民平安奔小康，快要退休的农机站长马宗义回到家乡，大力贯彻《交通安全法》，以自己的真情和奉献精神感动了乡亲，使该村的农用车管理工作走上正轨。。The epic adventures of the legendary Baran the Bandit following his release from prison. After serving 35 years, it is no surprise that the world has changed dramatically. Still, Baran can't help but be shocked to discover that his home village is now underwater thanks to the construction of a new dam. Along the way, Baran teams up with Cumali, a tough young punk who finds the thief's old-fashioned ways rather quaint.
