本作は、インターネットの誹謗中傷や炎上などをきっかけに起こるキーボードによる殺人＝指殺人に対応するため、警視庁に開設された指殺人対策室（通称「指対」）を舞台とするサスペンス。捜査一課の第一線から外された一匹狼・万丞渉（ばんじょうわたる）が、クセの強いメンバーとともに顔の見えない犯罪者＝アノニマスを捜査し見つけ出すさまを描く。。The ship has been stuck in the doldrums for some time, but as soon as they break free into more promising water, the wind blows up suddenly, damaging the foremast and sending the ship right back into the still water.
