本片根据同名京剧改编，源出「水浒传」，胡金铨编剧。值得一提的是，擅演悲剧的乐蒂首次以俏皮方式演出丫头一角。故事始于才子卞济（乔庄）落拓花田，卖画维生，与官家小姐（丁宁）一见锺情，却因恶霸（朱牧）介入而波折重重，闹出连篇笑话……。San Kaew is a cunning girl who disguised herself as a boy to find her real dad. She then finally meets him. Panin, a player businessman, is shocked, then he remembered that he was once involved with a woman named Thipkesorn, San Kaew's mother. He thinks his son is a lady boy and tries to be a good role model to him, so he can be a man, but he doesn't know that she's a girl.。
