玉格格（米雪 饰）从小过着娇生惯养的生活，个性跋扈而又任性。一次偶然中，她结识了名为胡雪岩（刘松仁 饰）的男子，被胡雪岩的正直和英俊吸引，玉格格向胡雪岩展开了热情的攻势。然而，胡雪岩的心中早已经驻进了一位程湘莲（苏明明 饰），故对玉格格的殷勤不为所动，伤心的玉格格联手暗恋湘莲的董武祺（沈孟生 饰），企图把湘莲赶走。 随着时间的推移，湘莲的善良和单纯化解了玉格格对她的成见，久而久之，两人竟然成为了好友。某日，玉格格在灵龟寺遇见了王有龄，趣味相投的两人渐渐产生了感情。玉格格被选中入宫做秀女，玉格格的父亲知道这是一条不规律，于是简易女儿逃走。。Weapons of Death is not the most original Polizi flick you're ever likely to see, but that's not too much of a problem since the genre tends to borrow from itself often anyway.
